Pulse Studios Student Feature: Allie Price

Please meet one of the coolest dancers we have at Pulse!

If you have not already met Allie Price you can usually catch her in any of Camille's classes – especially Tuesday night Int/Adv Hip Hop and at many of our special workshops!

Allie is an energetic dynamo who lives her motto - “Live and Give Like a Champion.”   She started her love of Hip Hop Dance in Airdrie, and joined us at Pulse Studios in 2012.

Allie has always loved Hip Hop music and dancing.  She has progressed through many of our classes including Hip Hop, House, Vogueing and Waacking, Locking and Popping.  Allie has taken it all!  She especially loved attending summer workshops which have featured such greats as ShoTyme and Sean Green.

Allie loves to show off her skills when she gets a chance – at a club or a dance - she is the one with the moves! Hip Hop dance for Allie fills two goals – fitness and fun.

But that is not all that Allie devotes herself to. She is also a dedicated athlete and an accomplished golfer.

This past summer, Allie won a gold medal in the Special Olympics in Golf in Medicine Hat. She also won a Silver medal at the Seattle Special Olympics North American Championships. Allie is excited to have been chosen to travel to Nova Scotia for the Golf Nationals in August 2018.

On top of being a medal winning Special Olympian, and an accomplished Hip Hop dancer, Allie is also very involved with Cross Fit. She started a team at her local Airdrie Cross Fit Gym to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Canada.

Congratulations Allie on all your success! We are so proud to have you in our community and want to cheer you on! Thank you for inspiring all of us to Live and Give like a Champion!

Go Team Allie!
