old to the new: breaking battle

Saturday, April 22 at 11:30 AM - 6 PM

Old to the New is an annual 2 vs. 2 breaking competition.  This is one of the few breaking competitions in Calgary that provides a stage for kids and youth to compete along side peers similar in age, experience and skill level.  The last 3 years we have included older and more experienced dancers to be paired up with younger dancers through a random draw, to create a mentorship opportunity during the battles.  This years format there will be 2 separate categories.

· 2 vs. 2 | 12 year old & younger battle
· 2 vs. 2 | 13 year old & older lottery battle

Any and all skill levels are welcome. This event has been the perfect first competition for new comers to experience and compete in.

For any questions please contact events.otl@gmail.com or you can keep up to date by checking out our event page on facebook, https://www.facebook.com/events/1853551298234165/.
