What do i bring?

Bring a yoga and water. Mats can be rented in-studio for $2.00 cash per class.

A fun, high intensity training session utilizing various techniques including bodyweight exercises, weights, cardiovascular conditioning, mindful rest, active recovery and stretching. This class approaches fitness in a holistic and community based atmosphere. You’ll learn how to exercise in a progressive and challenging manner that’s appropriate for you, with a group of people who are there to inspire and elevate you to your greatest potential. And because we’re at Pulse Studios, rest assured - we’ll be working out to only the MOST bumpin’ Hip Hop tunes!

What do i bring?

Plenty of water and a positive attitude! Optional items to bring will be any portable exercise equipment you may have (resistance bands, jump ropes, recovery balls, mats etc.)
