During his teenage years, Mark met Luther Brown (choreographer/judge of So You Think You Can Dance Canada) who invited Mark to be a part of his hip-hop/R&B dance agency – Do Dat Entertainment in 1995. While dancing for Do Dat, Mark performed with countless Canadian artists, such as Jully Black, Shawn Desman,
Keshia Chante, Victoria Duffield and Nelly Furtado to name a few. He has also been a part of stellar live performances at some of the industries top events, such as the Juno Awards, the MMVA’s and Canadian Idol.

Mark decided to make the next major move: to become a dancer in U.S. He had the opportunity to work with the some of the industries biggest choreographers (Fatima Robinson, Laurie-Ann Gibson, Sho-Tyme, Hi Hat, etc…) During his U.S. journey, he danced for artists like Cam’ron, Mariah Carey, Nivea, Missy Elliott
Mary J Blige, Olivia, Kelis and Mario to name a few.

He recently choreographed the music video, “Body Work” by Morgan Page featuring Tegan & Sara. He has a great connection with youth and has choreographed 2 Seasons of TVO’s “Pop It.” He is also getting ready to shoot the Mini Pop Kids 2012 Commercial later this month.

He also continues to dance for certain Canadian artists and teach workshops/ master classes at various dance studios worldwide as a hip-hop instructor. His determination and hard work is a testament to the success that he has achieved in his career.
