Full Year Program Registration
Registration for full year classes is for students aged 6 to 12 and runs from September to June. All full year students work towards performances at our annual year end show. The full year program classes are reserved for full year program students only. Fees are due upon registration.
In Studio Registration
We prefer that you register in person before the first day of your class, however if you cannot get to the studio before first day of class, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to process payment and fill out the necessary paper work.
*Note: No yearly registration fee.
Register online by selecting “Online Registration” menu item displayed on the top of your screen. Make sure you select the appropriate class time from the drop down menu provided. Go to “Checkout” once you have selected your class and proceed with transaction. The contact information you provide must match what is associated to the credit card or the PayPal account you are using.
Once your transaction has completed, you will receive an email from our system with the confirmation.
Make Up Classes
What is a “Make Up” class?
Students who have registered for a full session can make up their missed classes by dropping into another class of the same level and age group at their own convenience pending class sizes.
Students should call to inform the studio when they will be missing class. Students should also call ahead when planning to make up missed classes to ensure drop in space is available.
*Note: All missed classes MUST be made up before the current session ends.
Payment for all programs must be made at the time of registration. Cash, debit card, cheque and credit card are all acceptable methods of payment.
The online registration gives you the additional option to pay with your PAYPAL account if you already have one setup. A monthly installment plan may be setup and is provided only as a convenience. Program fees must be paid in full in order to participate unless notice and arrangements (installment plan) have been made our office; late or missed payments may affect you participating in the programs.
Payments made by cheque should be addressed to ‘Pulse Studios Inc.’. Please contact the studio to receive an invoice if required and for more information.
*Note: $30 administrative fee on NSF cheques.
Payment Installment Program
Installments are available for students who wish to join full year programs including Beast Machine. Contact the studio for more details.
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be given for withdrawal from sessional classes unless the request is received two weeks before the start date of the given session. Exceptions may be made for withdrawals of medical reasons accompanied by a doctors note. In which case you may ask for a refund or have it credited to your account for future use.
Full refunds on class registrations may only be issued if Pulse Studios cancels the classes. Otherwise all program fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Non attendance does not constitute as a withdrawal notice. A withdrawal does not constitute an automatic refund of any sort.

The following fees will be deducted from all refunds:
- -$30.00 administration fee
- Pro-Ration:The cost of classes that have passed or been used up to the day of withdrawal notice.
Refunds for merchandise purchased at Pulse may only be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase receipt. Apparel must be unworn/unwashed and discretion will be used determining whether or not a refund can be issued based on condition of the item.
Merchandise may be held for only 7 days at which point holds will be released and item may no longer be put on hold again.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found items will be removed and donated at the end of each semester. Claimed items may only be held for a maximum of 14 days. If claimed items have not been picked up, they will be removed and donated.
